• Avoid rubbing the mochila against garments with silky fabrics, as constant friction may affect the textiles.
• Avoid carrying heavy objects inside the mochila, as this can alter its shape.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects that can pull the threads.
• Keep dry; if it gets wet, promptly dry with a clean cloth.
• The lining is not removable. Avoid contact with liquids or inks on the inside, as they could cause permanent stains.
• Store in its original box and place the mochila shaper to prevent deformation
  (only for Nido silhouette).
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may slightly fade or alter the bag’s color. Please keep it protected from the sunwhenever possible.

Items can be exchanged within 15 calendar days of receipt by presenting the invoice and ensuring they are in perfect condition, with original packaging and intact tags.
