Crafting & Shipping Times Policy

Home Collection

Each piece in VERDI’s Home Collection is meticulously handcrafted by our artisans using traditional weaving techniques. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, crafting times vary:

  • Rugs & Tapestries: Up to 10 weeks to complete.
  • Wallcoverings & Panels: Approximately 6-8 weeks to craft.
  • Furniture & Decorative Pieces: Production time varies between 8-12 weeks, depending on the design and materials.

Shipping Times

Once your piece is ready, shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Colombia: 5–10 business days.
  • North America: 7–12 business days.
  • Latin America: 7–15 business days.
  • Europe: 9–15 business days.
  • Middle East & Asia: 10–20 business days.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing and logistical factors.

Holiday Season Notice - Fashion Collection only


During the holiday season, order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased demand and carrier delays. Please note that our estimated shipping times will temporarily adjust as follows:

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

To ensure delivery by December 24th, please place your order by:

  • Colombia: December 14th
  • International: December 11th

Available Pieces: Orders Placed Between December 15th and January 7th

Due to our workshop closing for the holidays, orders placed during this period will experience extended processing times. The following estimated arrival times are as follows, please keep in mind that these are an approximation and may be subject to change.

  • Colombia: Orders will arrive mid-January
  • International: Orders will arrive the third week of January, as long as the piece is available for immediate delivery

Pre-Order Pieces: Orders Placed Between November 24th and January 14th

Pre-order mochilas placed during this period will be delivered as follows:

  • Colombia: Mid-February
  • International: Late February

Fashion Collection - Standard Shipping

Due to VERDI’s delicate handmade process, each mochila, clutch, or handbag takes up to 15 days to be woven. If the piece is a pre-order, it may take up to 7 weeks for our artisans to craft it before shipping.
