Refunds & Returns Policy

Home Collection

Because VERDI’s home pieces are custom-made and handcrafted, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item has a quality defect. If you receive a defective item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting servicio.cliente@verdi.com.co with details and photographic evidence.

• Warranty: VERDI home products come with a 1-year warranty covering craftsmanship defects.
• Color & Size Variations: Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in color and dimensions (up to 7 cm) may occur and are not considered defects.

Fashion Collection

• Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 15 calendar days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition with original packaging and tags intact. The original invoice must be presented.
• Returns: Customers have 5 business days from the moment they receive their order to request a return. To initiate a return, contact servicio.cliente@verdi.com.co with your order details and reason for return.

For international returns, VERDI will assume ownership of the item only after it has been received and inspected at our Bogotá studio.
