By reinventing Colombia’s ethnical mochilas into modern silhouettes, VERDI preserves the original shape and name but re-thinks the technique and materials. For our Heritage Collection, we use copper and silver plated metal threads to draft bags that, taking up to 10 days to be knitted by hand or hand-woven on looms, are testaments to quality and luxury.

Our fine copper threads from Chile have a special coating, meaning they will not oxidize or patina.

Our fine rose-gold threads are rose-gold silver plated copper threads, with a special coating.
